why was terry francona the only one not wearing any sort of Red Sox / World Series stuff??

no clue, he went to Arizona which might explain the hat.

my buddy got a laugh out of Francona and Theo with the following sign...

"Vote Francona, he's got an exit strategy...Timlin, Embree, Foulke."
