I've heard many Bears fans claim they'd be happier if the Bears beat Green Bay than if they won the Super Bowl, even if it was the only game they won all season... Well, looks like they're getting their wish.

I don't look for a repeat performance.

i am a diehard bears fan and i gotta say that beating the scumbag packers is a very, very, very good thing. i'm from northern IL pretty close to the wisconsin boarder and i've had to deal with the redneck packer fans for my entire life. beating the packers is awesome, but a superbowl would be sooooooo much better!

They only say that now because the Packers have owned the Bears since Favre's been around. Once the scales tip nobody will say that. I used to hate the Bears, but since we started beating them almost every damn game I don't really dislike them. It's more the Vikings who I hate now.

I'm assuming you're a Bulls fan being from Chicago, right? How could you hate the Lakers more than the Pistons? I mean, the Bulls have sucked in recent years and they still are by far my least favorite team.

I dont care how good or bad either team is i will always hate the packers and brett favre. Even if the bears beat the packers the next 20 times i will still hate them just as much. Its your duty as a Chicagoan to hate the packers

No, as long as Favre is around it's your duty to bend over and take it like a man!
Have you seen him the past two weeks? They've found themselves on offense. And, if this is washed up, he's still better than at least 20, probably 25 other QB's in this league.

I grew up about 5 minutes away from the Wisconsin border, and I know all to well what you are talking about. Everywhere I looked, all I saw was green and yellow.
I am a Vikings fan though, that is why I don't like the Packers. I am a closet Bears fan though.
Haha, I like how you don't like the Red Wings! (I am a Avalanche fan myself).

One of the first things I learned when I was an exchange student in Wisconsin:
BEARS SUCK!!!!
since you were in packer country, i assume that was also one of the last things you learned

i am a bulls fan. back in the day i absolutely hated the pistons. the rivalry between the teams is pretty much non-existent anymore. i am not saying i like them...i still can't stand them, but i don't "hate" them as i once did.

haha, yeah i HATE the redwings!!! years ago, when the blackhawks were actually good (yeah, it's been a while) i went to a game at the UC against the redwings...WOW!! talk about nasty!! there were just as many fights in the crowd as there were on the ice!
getting back to the packers. one observation i have made about packer fans (at least where i grew up, and even here in iowa city) is that they are also huge nascar fans. soooo many packer fans would be wearing their hidious packer jackets unzipped with their nascar shirt proudly shown underneath. they would then hop into their crappy pickup trucks and peel off blasting country music! hehehe maybe i went a little far in describing how the packer fans are rednecks, but it is for the most part true.
