WTF? Another Mariner, Mike Morse, has tested positive for 'roids. They've had three major leaguers test positive and something like a dozen minor leaguers. In his defense, at least Morse is admitting that he did take steriods. He's the only player I can think of that isn't hiding behind the "it must have been a supplement from GNC" excuse.

I think he admitted to taking them in 2003 and that they are still in his sytem and that's why he tested positive. Weird situation.

The MLB press release even stated that there wasn't enough of any substance to enhance performance. He's effectively being suspended for something he was ALREADY suspended for while in the minors.

On another note, with this being the 3rd (4th?) player in the Seattle organization to get caught, I'm wondering if MLB should start doing something to punish organizations for having high numbers of players caught. Who knows if their trainers are the ones providing this stuff?

He's had a great season for a rookie SS.

um, MLB doesn't choose who fails the test.
