Cezar Izturis, gold glove SS, went on the DL for a strained muscle in his back and winds up with tommy john surgery on his throwing elbow and will miss half the 2006 season.....

on the plus side, I get to see so much more of Mexican League superman Oscar Robles!!!!!

You can't be a cursed team when you've won the WS in the last 20 years

your avitar is awesome, I wish my team had one.

PJ, it's football season, for get about the Dodgers, everyone else has. The Rams looked decent in the preseason anyway and the fins have to be better than last year.

Rams will be very good this year, the offense is going to be Greatest Show part II, but if they have to face those Falcons again in the playoffs then its just going to be a repeat of last january....

what do you think the reason is for the curse? the cubs have the goat - the Sox had the babe. what's the Dodgers' excuse?

i just think the sports forum would be kind of a mess if fans from every team that didn't make the playoffs made threads about being cursed.
