So, whats everyone think of the upcoming playoffs?
For the Wildcard round I think 3 of the 4 road teams are the better teams with Jacksonville as the exception.
I think the Pats, Skins, Giants and Steelers move on this week.
As for how the playoffs pan out I have a strange feeling about these playoffs. I don't think the Colts are gonna win.......I don't want to count out the Pats even though I don't think they will win.
AFC Championship: Broncos over Colts
AFC Championship: Bears over Seahawks
Superbowl: Bears over Broncos.

if the broncos do have to play the colts, i don't think they stand a chance.

if you absolutely forced me to pick, i'd say colts over the seahawks for the superbowl.
but i think the NFC in particular could go a couple different ways.
even so, i'd still pick the colts to win.
although i must say, i'd be salivating at watching a colts/bears superbowl this year. that would be a helluvan interesting game.

Colts 24
Panthers 19
Indy's proven to me they're the best team in the NFL. The offense has always been there but now they have a defense to compliment it. And I wouldn't overlook the effect that Dungy's son will have on this team. The AFC is definitely loaded but the Colts seem to be the obvious choice to represent the conference. Force me to pick a darkhorse and I choose Cincy....but I still think they're one year away.
The NFC is wide open. I think any team not named Tampa Bay has a chance to go to the Super Bowl. Vanilla offenses with stellar D's have done well in past postseasons, so Chicago does deserve consideration. I just think Carolina has a defense comparable to the Bears (not quite as good, but comparable). Throw in Foster and Smith and Carolina has the playmakers that Chicago lacks. My darkhorse for the NFC would be the Redskins, but I loathe Mark Brunell so much that I just can't take them seriously. I credit Brunell with perfecting the "QB scramble outside the tackles and throw it away" play. No one does it better...or as often.

That's not possible, both teams are AFC.
You need to review the rules of the NFL playoff system
I won't even come close to trying to predict anything, but should those two teams meet again, I don't think it will be as lopsided.
The only thing I'll guess right now is that the Pats will crush the Jaguars.
Also, do we just want one huge thread for all the playoffs, or should we split up by wild card week, divisional week, etc.? I was going to start a Wild Card Week thread, but this thread got started first.
