I'm a huge Cards fan, but the Sox just showed that they were the better team this year. Congrats.

I'm glad to see them win, but i didnt want them to beat my Red Birds. All well, it's only a game.

Hey I talked alot of shit about the sox when the series with the yanks started. But i must say, Congrats Red Sox fans, enjoy the win. You guys have been waiting for it for a very long time. Damn, first the pats, now the sox, if only the celtics and bruins didnt suck, you guys would be all set....

Doesn't that win put them equal fifth for most world-series wins? (granted if you work it out as a percentage of years played v ws wins its shit, but still)
