Now see, I like Woody Paige. Maybe that's why I hate Tony so much. . But Max wasn't much better, either; they need to get somebody from SportsCenter to host this show.

I dunno, but Woody Paige is the class of Denver.
He's representing New York on the show now. He still apparently does a weekly column for the Denver Post, but he's more focused on Cold Pizza now.
And leave Stat Boy alone. He's not half as much of an obnoxious, pretentious asshole that Max Kellerman is/was.
Speaking of which, anyone watch "I, Max," that ATH rip-off that Kellerman's hosting now? Yeah, me neither.
I watch I-Max. It's not as good as ATH was when he was the host but it's still good. And as for him ripping off the show he once hosted....i read in an interview with him that he came up with a lot of the idea for that show including the "These 4 things I know are true" line that stat-boy continued to use until a couple of weeks ago

He's such a baby about things though. He wanted some outrageous sum of money, ESPN was unwilling to pay it, so he goes to Fox and starts talking shit about ESPN. That's what bothers me.

How do you know if it was an "outrageous" sum of money?

I've heard it was half a million or more. And to host Around the Horn takes little more than the motor skills of a 4 year old.
Ask questions, push joystick to give points, press mute button when producer tells you to through to earpiece. C'mon now. I'd do that for free.
