I've been watching sports for 2 1/2 years now in HD.... and I love it, almost can't watch it any other way. BUT...........

FOXHD for Baseball is fucking horrible, just fucking horrible. How can they not get it fucking right yet?

the closeup shots are decent, but when they have the regular view behind the pitcher during at bats it's horrible. not even close to HD quality.

I haven't seen it, but I'll guess since it's Fox baseball everything about it sucks balls.

The only sport I've seen in HD is soccer during the WC, but it was badass. I need an HD TV

HD is sweet, but HIGHLY overrated... i have a buddy who has an 8-foot+ projection screen with HD.... it's sweet as hell, but my 50" plasma does the job nearly just as well.

I'm pretty sure that Fox only broadcasts their sporting events in 720P and not 1080i/p which makes a HUGE difference. I find it so ammusing that they constantly push the fact that their events are in HD when if you compare their coverage to any true 1080 broadcast it's night and day. Just another reason why Fox sucks balls when it comes to sports!

hockey was made for HD. I can't even begin to describe the difference in quality from regular tv and HD hockey broadcasts. I wish I could afford the HD set-up, but we just did a big renovation on the house and ran out of money, so it's going to have to wait a while. I'll have to get by with my old 36-inch Sony.

As bad as FOX's sports coverage is, at least they had a full HD picture last night for the All-Star game.

Not only that, thier director sucks ass, they completely missed entire at bats last night.

It's incomprehensible.

Hockey and Football are absolutely amazing in HD. I also love Golf in HD.

CBS's coverage of SEC football games is by far the best HD coverage. For some reason, it just comes across clearer, and the crowd noise is louder.
