My list isn't all that distinguished, but it's pretty cool to have played against/with guys that make it to the pros:

Luke Ridnour - Played against him many times in HS

Curtis Borchardt - Another local white guy who made it to the NBA

Mario Chalmers (Kansas) - Played some pickup ball with him about a month ago

Marcus Trufant - Played some pickup b-ball with him last summer

David Kirtman - on my HS football team (just drafted by Seahawks)

that's all that come to mind immediately...

I played against Trevor Lewis in Colorado a few years back. He was just taken 17th overall in the NHL draft.

I played ball hockey against some guys who are in or have been drafted into the NHL. Maybe Chris Neil... I can't remember... he probably sucked anyway.

as far as i know the only one is Rick Ankiel
he is the one who pitched for the cardinals for a year or 2 and was really good but then lost his control real bad, so he is now working his way back up as a fielder. i hope he makes it, he was a real good all around player in highschool and hit a bunch of homeruns as a pitcher for the cardinals.
he struck me out every time i faced him

Jimmy Dillon and Matt Carroll used to play at the playground I played at daily back when I was in high school and a few years after. Very good players.
