a trade for the Big Hurt won me a roto league one year. I'm forever in his debt.

it seems like the twins are always involved in a lot of (somewhat) recent milestones... thomas's 500 hr ripkin's 3k hit eddie murray either 3k hit or 500 hr (can't remember) winfield's 3k hit molitor's 3k hit
i'm sure i'm missing a bunch...

without taking anything away from Big Frank, 500 ain't what it used to be.

still, only 21 people have ever done it... but 550/600 may be the new mark. forever there were only 3 in the 600, now there is 5, soon to be 6 (Griffey).

Did u see where those pitches were? I would have gotten thown out too.
I've always liked Frank Thomas. Even though he got a ring, I thought it was pretty unfortunate that he didn't get to play in his only WS appearence. I still can't get used to him not being in a ChiSox uni.
Congrats on 500 buddy.

The first was was questionable, the second one was a strike. My two sox roommates who worship him even agreed on that.
