I'm gonna suggest a tournament. I tried it before but had no details. I'm open to suggestions if it should be changed at all.

Everyone who enters picks:

2 basketball players
2 football players
2 baseball players
2 hockey players

Teams will be picked in a draft and pitted against each other (voted by anyone who doesn't have a team).
