That was amazing. I've seen that situation happen before though, you can tell that they were just fighting for the sake of fighting. Like when Tampa got Andre Roy and on his first shift he got in a fight. Clearly nothing to fight about but he wanted to show the fans and the team that he knew his role, so he picked another guy out and probably said something to that effect.

i think it is very funny but i love the fights where the players really want to knock the shit out of the other guy and it escalates throughout the game or during a series ..

guess i see that a lot more with the enforcers on the preds and they just dont fight to please the fans..

yeah i played junior hockey and its pretty understood, when the 2 fighters are sent on the ice theres a reason...they'll usually talk before about fighting then fight, i would say 90% of the fights the guys don't hate eachother
