MLB Extra Innings package is about to become the exclusive property of Direct TV. so regular cable customers and fellow Dish Network subscribers can all go get fucked as far as baseball is concerned. this sucks dick, first football fucks us over, now baseball. fuck direct tv, I wouldnt switch for all the tea in china. they can go eat a dick.
guess Im back to watching the Dodgers only play the Mets and Braves.

What do you have against DirecTV? Seems like the only one getting fucked by your refusal to get DirecTV is you. I'm sure they'll manage to stay in business without you.

you should be mad at MLB...not DirectTV. Look at it this way, you'll be getting to sleep much earlier during the week.

so you think its perfectly ok for non-direct tv people to be forced to switch their cable system in order to watch baseball?
I just priced it, to switch from dish network to directTV and get everything I do right now would be an extra $28/month BEFORE buying the baseball package. and that would mean losing the 50+ hours of stuff I have saved on the dvr like the baby's cartoons and other stuff. not to mention the aggrivation of cancelling one service, being w/o tv for a day or two, and having the direct TV guy come here and install.
my dad lives in a town where the regular digital cable gives him 3 times the channels at about 50% less the price than dish or directTV. why should he be forcded to pay up the ass because he enjoys the MLB package?
still think its ok? I think its a load of bullshit.

Comcast is the way to go IMO.. i love OnDemand
Not only that, but the DVR boxes have HDMI outputs. HD boxes have DVI outputs, and I think regular just has digital i/o.
Also, NFL Network on Comcast is the balls. Not sure if they have a baseball, basketball, or hockey equivalent. With NFL Network, you really don't need any of those season passes.

How so? If I want to watch any game I want to on Sunday the NFL Network helps me in no way. Plus the NFL thinks it is worth much much more than a basic cable channel. As much as I love some of the programs on it, it isnt worth all that much.

i have the HD comcast box.. how much better is it if i have the DVR with HDMI output? i cant imagine the pic getting any better
ive been meaning to get around to getting the box but do they charge you a monthly fee for the box even if u dont use the DVR?

No offense, but are you ever happy/positive about anything? Granted, I don't read this forum all the time, but everything/everybody sucks in your book. The world is out to get you, and ruin your sports teams and viewing experience.
