I wasn't sure where to put this thread (either in the Tech forum, GD (that would have been a disaster), or here).
Most MLB teams sell and distribute their tickets through Tickets.com . For those of you that have experience with this, is there a way to open multiple browsers to get tickets? I've tried doing it on a couple of spring-training games with no avail. I remember last year I was able to hit control + [fill in key here], but can't remember how to do it. Does anyone have experience or know how?
As much as I hate Ticketmaster, at least you can get away with (sometimes at least) multiple browsers.

gearing up for waiting-room-o-rama tomorrow?
Yeah, I have to get 10 bleacher tickets for a Cardinals game in April for my friend's bachelor party (yeah, that will be warm). I have 3 other people helping (there's a 4 ticket limit). God knows I've already given that team enough money.

You?
good christ, there's few places i'd less like to sit than the bleachers in april. i'll probably just try on saturday/sunday/monday and see what's out there...after plenty of years dicking around with the online site and getting nowhere, i think i'll save my time. good luck getting your seats.

Thank you for participating in the online random drawing for the opportunity to purchase tickets to Opening Day and the Subway Series games to be played at Shea Stadium.
We are sorry to inform you that your entry was not selected in this drawing.
Thank you for your support.
We look forward to seeing you at Shea in 2007.

The New York Mets
it's going to get even harder to get tickets once they open the new stadium. same for the Yankees

The Mets are really pissing me off right now. For the last 5 or 6 years my brother and I have bought six packs. There was usually a few differnt packages you could choose from but each package included opening day and one Yankee game. Now they made the packages 7 games and each package has either opening day or a Mets-Yankees game but not both. Making it even worse is it used to be about $120 for an upper box seat for the six pack, now for the same price you get upper reserved.
Maybe the only good thing about being an Expos fan was how easy it was to get good, cheap tickets any time anywhere.
I got some bleacher seats for the Padres-Cubs in June at Wrigley (so I can cross that one off my list), and I'm sure I'll hit a half-dozen or more Pirates games at PNC when the weather warms up.

I love living in a city where you can buy tickets on gameday. Going down to PNC and buying from a scalper and paying less than face value is great!

So how did it go?
I got bleacher for phillies and giants, and still working on more.
Luckily, we (my brother in law and I) were able to get 12 bleachers for the Cardinals game in April. Surprisingly, that was the 5th game to sell out.
And the control + n trick didn't work. I had to close the original browser once I was in the virtual-waiting room each time for a new browser to open. I had 10 waiting rooms going at once, and still only got in once in 4 hours.
