The Claveland Cavs are sold for 375 million. I personally think that is a bargain. What they have with Lebron is a money making machine and a realistic chance to win some Titles in a few years. As long as Lebron is there that place will be sold out.
Smart investment......If I were the buyer I'd probably be looking to sell it in about 10 years at a huge profit

and if Lebron gets starry eyes and bolts to LA, Chicago, even maybe NY(hahaha yeah right) then the Cavs are right back to being shit

Anyone else heard rumors about the owner wanting to move them to Las Vegas? The league would be smart to try it IMO.
Our drunk mayor is trying so hard to get a NBA team here. Vegas doesn't too well with teams, there is always a low turnout. Maybe a professional team would be different. I dunno.
I say go for it. That way I can see the Sonics when they come to town.
