It takes a cynical approach to those famous motivational posters often found in corporate environments. It also allows you to build your own.

Well, I got the idea to apply it to the NFL. Initially, I just thought of a few to torque Raiders and Chiefs fans with, but I ended up going to all parts of the NFL.

Feel free to submit your own suggestions for any sport. I'm trying to think of some clever sayings for some other players like TO, Michael Vick, and Ricky Williams, to name a few.

I have one thing to say, and that is this: if you can't spell "clairvoyance," then don't make fun of Quentin Griffin.
