i'm just guessing that there isn't a thread on this team. I'm in the middle of scotuing all the NFl teams and this Redskin one baffles me a bit. I think Jason Campbell looked good at times last year when he was on the field. Plus Portis is a solid RB and the Skins receivers are very talented. I smell sleeper team here. The only thing i can't figure out is how bad their defense is. They didn't play well last year which was surprising cause they looked pretty damn good 2 years ago. Anybody have anymore insight on this team? I'm trying to find sleeper teams for gambling purposes and all the help the better

Remember when AS started a bunch of threads this time last year for each team? That was good times.

Here's a couple entertaining Redskins threads, but I don't care if you want to start one for this year.

I haven't really looked at any of the previews yet...but have they done anything to make people think they won't be 4th in the division once again? Campbell looked good in the finale against the Giants...but then again, most QB's looked good against them last year.

I think the key is that their defense has to remain healthy. Both Springs and Rogers were hurt for much of last season and the backup CB's were just beyond pathetic. With Landry taking the place of Archiletta, combined with Taylor and a healthy Springs Rogers and Smoot, that is a very scary Nickle defense. Obviously Campbell will have to improve to some degree, but with a one-two punch of Portis and Betts, he doesn't have to be anywhere close to stellar.

I think they are a good pick as a sleeper team.

They will finish in 3rd behind the Eagles & Cowboys but ahead of the god awful NY Giants. Prediction: 6-10 or 7-9.

How easy is it to get tickets to a Skins game? My buddy is moving to DC next week and I wouldn't mind catching a Skins game when I visit at some point.

I hate the Redskins almost as much as Dallas. And isn't it time for the organization to change their fucking name already?

Pretty easy on Ebay, as long as the team isn't doing amazing. Last season tickets were easily obtainable, and not to expensive either.
