yeah besides the shitty secondary and not picking up blitzes.. i really liked everything i saw
reggie looked awesome, so did lamar miller.. if im daniel thomas im a little scared right now.. i bet he gets dealt, but then again you can never have enough rbs
tannehill was pretty impressive and i liked what i saw in hartline, hopefully he can step it up often
for how weak the pass d was, the line and backers looked great vs the run.. dont think they got many sacks but they were all over carson all day
now ya look at it.. did they lose that bad to houston cuz they were that good, or beat the raiders cuz they were that bad.. who knows.. the jets are definitely beatable next week, esp without revis

They beat themselves today. And not in the normal "play good for 57 minutes and blow it with a devastating 3 minute meltdown." They just beat themselves. This game was theirs if they wanted it. I'm used to the losing, but today sucked bad.
welp that was the worst possible way a team can lose a game
drivin with 2 mins left..fumble hold em at midfield on 4th and like 7.. convert hold em at like 4th and 12..touchdown drive when you only need a fg.. interception hold em on 3rd.. convert
jesus fuckkkkkkk
also there were a lot of shaky calls and i wish the replacement refs were back

I was devastated yesterday. But, man. I am really optimistic about the future of this team. First time I've felt that way in a long, long time. I didn't like the Tannehill pick, but he is making me a fan. I know we lost. And it was a game we absolutely should have won. Monster performance from guys all over the place, and we lose because we refused to adjust to the Cards blitzing up the middle. Really sucks.
At the beginning of the year my thought was that the win/loss record is really inconsequential; if at the end of the season it looks like we have a franchise QB then the year is a success. I'm a long way from going that far, but Tannehill has provided a lot of reasons to be optimistic that he could be the guy.

thanks for talking me off the ledge, to think we could be 3-1 is hard to take, but you make a reasonable case that they are headed in the right direction
ps hartline for president!!!

for once in my life im really optimistic about where this teams going.. especially about tannehill.. i also really like philbin too as a hc.. everyone seems to play hard every play.. the only shaky decisions i hated are when he opts to kick long field goals with shithead kid rock instead of going for it/punting.. that being said, how many fgs is he gonna miss before they cut him n sign a kicker off the streets..
these guys are kind of a scary team to play right now.. two plays away from being 4-1, if they keep improving, they could be dangerous

you know, as happy as i am that they won against St. Louis, i'm concerned about upcoming games against San Francisco and New England. the secondary has been carved up by the likes of Kevin Kolb and even Sam Bradford, what will happen when they face Tom Brady?
ahh, i should just enjoy the fact that they're 500%

I'm just happy about Tannehill. The win/loss results of these games are still a distant second to me in terms of importance. Tanny seems to get better every week. When he has a receiver open he almost always hits him with an accurate, catchable pass. I'm loving what I'm seeing. I'm not worried at all about NE or anybody else. Hopefully they'll play a competitive game and we'll see growth and progress. That's all I want right now.

Yup, that's how I'd feel if I were a Miami fan. You gotta just root for further development in Tannehill and knock on wood regarding potential injuries. Haven't watched too much of Miami...is the o-line keeping him safe?

Yeah, the o-line has actually been pretty steady. But he helps himself out by making quick decisions and getting the ball out fast. He's like the anti-Chad Henne.
