**The Cauliflower Alley Club announced that its 2012 Lou Thesz Lifetime Achievement Honoree is women's wrestling star Wendi Richter.

**Smackdown taped Tuesday night in Las Vegas, suitably with a "spin the wheel" match selection, and the following bouts are on tap for Friday: Daniel Bryan vs Mark Henry; Drew McIntyre vs Santino; Ted DiBiase vs Hunico; Wade Barrett vs Sheamus; Brodus Clay made an appearance; Primo & Epico vs Uso Brothers; Cody Rhodes vs Justin Gabriel.

**Here's what to expect on NXT, which is actually the 100th episode of the show: Titus O'Neil vs Darren Young; Percy Watson vs Heath Slater; Yoshi Tatsu & Trent Barretta vs Curt Hawkins and Tyler Reks, and the long-awaited wedding between Maxine and Johnny Curtis.

**Shane Douglas is leading an "extreme" reunion on April 28th at the National Guard Armory in northeast Philadelphia. "Time for the second revolution to begin..." Douglas wrote on his Facebook page. "If you are one of those whose been complaining about the state of our biz, at the hands of the BIMBOs and Irishman, then you don't want to miss this relaunch!!! The wrestling world's about to get taken back to the EXTREME!!!" For more, see Extremereunion.net

Machine Gun Kelly's song Invincible will be the official song of WrestleMania 28.

**The WWE announced Tuesday morning that Evan Bourne (Matt Korklin) has been suspended for 60-days for his second violation of the company Wellness Policy and explains the dropping of the Tag Titles this past Sunday with Kofi Kingston to Epico & Primo. Bourne was suspended this past October when it was reported he has been caught with the marijuana alternative spice in his system (marijuana doesn’t constitute a Wellness Policy violation within the WWE only a fine whereas Spice does lead to a suspension). It is unknown what the substance was that led to the suspension and his WWE career is certainly in jeopardy as he had already upset people for his Twitter comments regarding the suspension of R-Truth and considered to be in the dog house when this news was revealed today. On top of that Bourne will miss one of the most lucrative seasons on the WWE calendar by missing the Rumble and almost certainly will be excluded from WrestleMania this year as his suspension will expire only two-weeks before the show so this suspension is a very costly one to him. Bourne posted the following response on Twitter after the news was released this morning:

Sorry y’all. Sometimes we become our own worst enemy

**John Cena Vs Kane was officially added to the ‘Royal Rumble’ Monday night during ‘Raw’.

**J.J. Dillon appeared on the ‘Busted Open’ radio program on Sirius / XM and said the candidates to induct the Horseman into the Hall of Fame have been narrowed down to Triple H, Dusty Rhodes and Blackjack Mulligan.

**WWE ‘Smackdown’ did a 2.18 rating on Friday night and averaged 3,130,000 viewers on SyFy in the U.S.

**Gene Okerlund is the latest name scheduled for ‘Legend’s House’ on the eventually arriving WWE Network. Okerlund confirmed the inclusion when speaking to Arda Ocal and Jimmy Korderas on ‘Aftermath Radio’ Monday night.

**Local advertising for the March 26th edition of ‘Raw’ in Atlanta, Georgia for the final show before WrestleMania 28 is already listing The Rock for the show.

**You can certainly take this with the usual Kurt Angle grain of salt, but this is what Angle wrote on Twitter when he was asked if he would be a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble:

Nope! I’m Happy Where I Am. No Rumble for Me!!!!

My Loyalty Is With Tna. Wwe Is Knocking On My Door, But I Won’t Answer.

Angle’s contract with TNA did come up for renewal this past year and WWE reportedly had no interest in bringing him back and that would have been the last chance to do so as Angle is clearly in the twilight of his wrestling days. That being said we could very well see WWE produce a video tonight announcing Kurt Angle as an entrant for the Rumble based on last week’s precedent of how WWE respects exclusive contracts.

**Here is the current card for Ring of Honor’s return to Philadelphia this Friday night:
*Davey Richards Vs Jay Lethal for the ROH Title
*Roderick Strong Vs Eddie Edwards in a ‘No Holds Barred Match’
*Chris Hero Vs Michael Elgin
*Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas Vs Kyle O’Reilly & Adam Cole
*The Briscoe Brothers Vs Frightmare & Hallowicked
*Kenny King Vs Kevin Steen

**WWE ‘Raw’ did a 3.01 rating on Monday night and averaged 4,290,000 viewers over the two-hours and this was without football competition.

**Big Show injured his back on Tuesday night during a post show dark match with Daniel Bryan but it doesn’t appear he will be missing any time.

**MSNBC anchor Rachel Maddow dedicated an entire segment of her show Wednesday to Republican candidate Mitt Romney and comparing him to Ted DiBiase and was actually well done per cable news / wrestling connection stories with a minimum of lame wrestling jokes. This also coincided with DiBiase’s birthday as he turned 58-years old wednesday.

**TNA has just shot a Direct Auto Insurance ad with Matt Morgan and his wife – no word on whether it will just be seamlessly edited into ‘Impact’ one of these weeks. Perhaps they can go a step further and ditch the Tag Titles and instead they defend their insurance policies each week and it culminates with Mexican America winning the policy and then Morgan and Crimson are hit by a mysterious hummer at the Impact Zone and the driver is eventually revealed as an evil Geico employee, who bankrupts them.

**Shane Douglas planning another ECW reunion on April 28th in Philadelphia at the National Guard Armoury

**TNA sent out a press release for the Ring Ka King project out of India and their partnership with Endemol India to produce the series. They announced it will debut on Colors TV on January 28th.

**Hulk Hogan was out with his buddies Jim Duggan, The Nasty Boys and Ed Leslie and posted a video on Twitter telling Sting that he’s coming for him. It appeared Hogan may have had one past the limit when he filmed this so let’s give him a break when it comes to his lack of recall that both are babyfaces and shook hands during Hogan’s last appearance for TNA. Do you realize if Twitter was around in 1987 that this video would have been the set up for WrestleMania 3 with Andre?

**The WWE has a house show today in Las Cruces, New Mexico and then the ‘Raw’ tapings are in Phoenix, Arizona tomorrow night for the final ‘Raw’ before the Rumble next weekend.

**Jim Ross has reported that he was in a bad car accident on Saturday in which his car was totalled after another car made an illegal turn. Ross is recovering and said to be okay thanks to having his seat belt on.

**The WWE Network’s ‘Legend’s House’ is scheduled to start filming in February in Rancho Mirage, California. Dusty Rhodes has recently stated that he will not be part of the show.

**Ted DiBiase injured his hand Friday night at the WWE house in Winnipeg, Manitoba and was pulled from the show in Fargo, North Dakota as a result. There is no word on whether he will be missing any more time.

**Miguel Alonso, the Spanish announcer for the Los Angeles wrestling promotion, as well as WWF and WCW was in a serious car accident in Oceanside, Calif., and is in the hospital with serious heart damage. In recent years Miguel had been living in Mexico and recently returned to the U.S. with his wife.

**Mick Foley and family on Celebrity Wife Swap was scheduled for tonight at 9 p.m. on ABC, however President Obama's State of the Union Address, scheduled for the same time, has bumped the episode until next week.

**WWE Superstars taped in Phoenix last night, with Beth Phoenix vs Brie Bella and Kofi Kingston vs Michael McGillicutty.

**The Make-A-Wish Foundation honored John Cena and WWE for the many years of working with the charity by naming a conference room in the charity's global headquarters after WWE. In a press release, the charity raved about Cena:

John Cena is on pace to grant 300 wishes to kids with life-threatening medical conditions, making him the first celebrity wish granter ever to reach that lofty goal. In 2009, John Cena received the Foundation's Chris Greicius Award for his outstanding efforts on behalf of wish kids.

Recently, John Cena teamed up with Post Foods to prominently display the Make-A-Wish Foundation alongside his image on newly designed boxes of Post Fruity Pebbles Cereal, which are available nationwide through March.

WWE and WWE Superstars have been granting wishes with the Make-A-Wish Foundation for more than 30 years and have donated a significant amount of funds to help cover costs associated with many of those wishes. In addition to John Cena, WWE and its talent have received the "Chris Greicius Award" award four additional times.

"WWE wishes have been popular since early in the Foundation's history and we are proud to count the WWE and its Superstars as longtime supporters," said David Williams, President and Chief Executive Officer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America. "John Cena's commitment to our mission and his connection with our wish kids make him one of our best wish ambassadors. We are grateful for everything John and WWE have done, and we look forward to them granting many more wishes in the future."

John Cena continues to be one of the most frequently requested celebrity wishes. Tonight, John Cena is scheduled to grant two wishes at WWE Monday Night Raw(R) at US Airways Center in Phoenix, AZ.

**Randy Orton appeared at the WWE house show Sunday in Las Cruces, New Mexico and did a run-in so appears to be okay physically from his back injury that he has been resting for the past three-weeks.

**29-year old Independent wrestler Andre Davis was sentenced today to 32-years in prison after being convicted on fourteen counts of felonious assault. It was revealed Davis was HIV positive when he was going through medical testing when the WWE was interested in hiring him as a referee. Davis was accused of having sex with 11 partners and failed to disclose his disease to the women nor informing talent he worked with in the ring where blood was transmitted. Davis requested the minimum sentence because he was suffering from sex addiction and was going through depression after learning he was HIV positive and would help council others but still received a heavy sentence, though the charges could have led to 112-years in prison.

**Stephanie Levesque (her proper name) recently did an interview with RX Magazine and noted that she has legally changed her middle name to ‘McMahon’ and therefore can also go by Stephanie McMahon Levesque.

**It was 27yrs ago yesterday, in 1984 that Hulk Hogan won his first WWF Title defeating The Iron Sheik after a one-month reign at Madison Square Garden and begin Hogan’s four-year run with the title as the company went national:

**In a developing story that could drastically affect the ‘Smackdown’ side heading into WrestleMania – Pwinsider.com is reporting that Mark Henry hyper-extended his knee during the closing segment of tonight’s ‘Smackdown’ involving Big Show and Daniel Bryan. Henry is currently scheduled to work the ‘Royal Rumble’ on Sunday night but could miss some time following the show Sunday. Henry has been working with a torn groin injury that led to title being put on Daniel Bryan.

**The WWE only has one house show this weekend with a dual brand event in Evansville, Indiana that CM Punk is not working.

**The TNA crew is holding a big television taping in London tonight in what could be the largest attendance in company history.

**Hulk Hogan ended up working a six-man tag match on Thursday at the TNA house show in Nottingham, England teaming with Sting and James Storm to defeat Bobby Roode & Bully Ray & Kurt Angle. Hogan did very little in the match and the finish came when Hogan delivered the big boot and Storm followed with the leg drop. I’m actually shocked TNA didn’t promote Hogan appearing on TV as it makes sense for him to appear at the tapings tomorrow unless they are holding off Hogan for the February 2nd edition of the show from the U.K.

**Here is a story on a 25-year old aspiring wrestler named Quinten Jackson, who died this past week while working at Duane Gill’s wrestling school.

**Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com caught up with WWE Champion CM Punk while in Chicago for the UFC on FOX 2 event tonight. Punk didn’t say he was told not appear in Sonnen’s corner but that he didn’t want to take any focus away from the fight and favoured Sonnen heavily over Michael Bisping in the bout. Punk also spoke about older talent coming back to the WWE that may not fit in with today’s environment listing Brock Lesnar, Kevin Nash and Mick Foley as examples and also said he would highly consider doing a MMA fight at some point but realizes he is 33-years old and has two-years on his WWE contract before he could do so.

**The USA Network has released their schedule for March and currently there are no plans to air the Hall of Fame ceremony from Miami on March 31st. In the past the USA Network commitment has led to a stressful night for the production team to keep all the speeches short and hit the 11pm EST start time. Personally I never understood why they didn’t do the Hall of Fame on the Friday night and let the guys talk as long as they want, edit it down for Saturday night and then the sell the entire thing on DVD and Blu Ray with added matches from the inductees. Ric Flair has already stated he was told this year to keep his speech to seven-minutes and if the talent is aware that the show isn’t in a rush I can see a lot of talent ignoring time cues and making for a better live event for fans, who can listen to speeches all night long.

**The Rock is being promoted for the March 12th edition of ‘Raw’ in Cleveland, Ohio in addition to the March 26th ‘Raw’ in Atlanta leading into WrestleMania 28 and will likely be appearing on a bunch of shows leading into ‘Mania.

**The Pro Wrestling Syndicate group is running a show on March 9th in Rahway, New Jersey that will feature a main event between Sami Callihan and Colt Cabana and a strange match with Matt Hardy taking on Sid Vicious.

**A documentary entitled ‘GLOW: The Story of the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling’ is scheduled to be released later this year.

**Kharma gave birth a baby boy, Jamie, on December 31. Kharma returned to the ring at this past Sunday's WWE Royal Rumble but is not expected to return to the ring full-time right away. She plans on training for a return this month.

**WWE RAW Monday earned a 3.55 cable rating with 5.22 million viewers.

**The plan for the Rumble winner was discusses for months behind the scenes the original plan back in September for Sheamus to win the Rumble but those plans changed a number of times with Randy Orton and Chris Jericho debated upon and finally going back to Sheamus as a surprise winner with everyone assuming Jericho or Orton were winning the Rumble. It hurts it a bit when Sheamus challenging for the title will be deep down the show as opposed to the ‘main event’ of the show but we all knew the main event was set so this year wasn’t going to provide that importance regardless of who won.

**TMZ first reported the story and WWE has confirmed that Mike Tyson will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame on March 31st in Miami, Florida joining Edge, The Four Horseman and Mil Mascaras in the 2012 class. Tyson was a major risk being brought in for $3.5 million in 1998 (thought of to be insane by the WWF at the time, who were operating in the red just a few months prior) but the result was a hot product at the time and Tyson increasing business for WrestleMania with the show doing 730,000 buys in 1998 (up from 230,000 in 1997) and was last piece of the puzzle to help the WWF jump into their boom period.

**Booker T's autobiography comes out at the beginning of September from Medallion Media Group, and will be titled Booker T: From Prison to Promise.

**New Japan Pro Wrestling has been sold by the Yukes video game company to Bushiroad Group Publishing, who will assume control of the company starting today. The sale price is not confirmed but Dave Meltzer of the ‘Wrestling Observer Newsletter’ reports it to be around $6.5 million (U.S.). The sale was kept very quiet and shocked lots of people when it was announced on Tuesday. The company has stabilized over the past year after being in rough shape to draw decently well and still has television in Japan though it’s a terrible late night timeslot.

**The WWE has announced the hiring of Eric Pankowski as their new Senior V.P. of Creative Development to work under Stephanie McMahon. Pankowski will be developing reality shows and children’s programming as well as overseeing creative and having a huge role in the WWE Network.

**The WWE has launched their YouTube channel today with the first episodes of ‘Santino’s Exchange’, ‘WWE Download’ and ‘WWE Inbox’ posted below:

**The Undertaker is advertised for the February 20th edition of ‘Raw’ from Minneapolis, Minnesota the night after ‘Elimination Chamber’.

**Tyler Burns interviews Sean Waltman and Marty Jannetty in Tampa, Florida:

**Chris Jericho:

Cult Of Personality playing on XM. I hate this song….

**TNA has posted the following preview of this Thursday’s edition of ‘Impact Wrestling’ from London, England:

**TNA has announced the following matches for the ‘Against All Odds’ show on February 12th in Orlando, Florida:
*A.J. Styles Vs Kazarian
*Gail Kim Vs Tara for the Knockout’s Title
*Austin Aries Vs Alex Shelley for the X Division Title
*Matt Morgan & Crimson Vs Samoa Joe & Magnus for the Tag Titles
*Jesse Sorensen Vs Zema Ion in a #1 Contender’s Match

**PWinsider.com reports that the Buffalo Wild Wings chain will no longer be airing WWE pay-per-views with the price to carry the events being raised from $200 to $700 (far less than what it costs to run a UFC show for Canadian bars).

**Spot of the night from the Royal Rumble

**I had never seen this segment before of a young Vince McMahon on ‘Late Night with David Letterman’, but it is classic:

**Friday was the 11-year anniversary of the launch of the XFL, a dual project by the WWE and NBC that is one of the famous blunders in sports history. The one season of the XFL kicked off to fantastic numbers with the first week’s NBC game doing a 9.5 rating and then dropping around 50% by Week 2 and ratings continued to nose dive. McMahon wanted to keep the league going for a second season but when NBC wasn’t going to air any more games and then UPN wanted to cut down ‘Smackdown’ to a 90-minute show in order to keep running games the call was made to cut their losses and both WWE and NBC took a big hit on the losses. One player who made the transition from the XFL to the WWE for a brief time period was Ricky Ortiz, who is now working for the Urban Wrestling Federation

**A slew of charges against Matt Hardy from his arrests in 2011 have been pushed back to a March 1st court date.

**Ring of Honor put tickets on sale today for their May 12th event in Toronto, Ontario at Ted Reeve Arena.

**The WWE has signed OVW wrestler Marcus Anthony to a contract, click here to see why.

**The movie ‘Bounty Hunters’ starring Trish Stratus will be released on DVD and Blu Ray February 28th

**Spike TV will be airing ‘The Marine 3’ next Thursday at 11pm EST starring Ted DiBiase Jr and airs right after ‘Impact Wrestling’.

**Sheamus chats with The Daily Star about winning the Royal Rumble this past weekend and being bumped off the main card of WrestleMania last year.

**Edge will be a guest at the Toronto Comic Con on April 14th and 15th at the Metro Toronto Convention Center, which is the same weekend as WrestleReunion in Toronto.

**Nigel McGuinness is currently working on a documentary chronicling the end of his wrestling career.

**Here are the matches for ‘Impact Wrestling’ tonight, their second week of tapings from Wembley Arena in London, England:
*Christopher Daniels Vs A.J. Styles
*Douglas Williams Vs Alex Shelley
*Velvet Sky Vs Mickie James
*Bobby Roode & Bully Ray Vs James Storm & Sting

**CTV has produced a documentary focusing on depression featuring Michael Landsberg from ‘Off the Record’ discussing his struggles along with athletes Darryl Strawberry, Clara Hughes and Stephane Richer and also features clips with Mick Foley and Roddy Piper from this past December including Piper discussing his own problems and dealing with suicide.

**The Rock is being advertised for the April 2nd edition of ‘Raw’ for the night after WrestleMania in Miami.

**Here are a list of some upcoming book releases for 2012:
*April 1st – ‘Hacksaw: The Jim Duggan Story’ with Scott Williams (Triumph Books)
*June 1st – ‘Shooters: The Toughest Men in Professional Wrestling’ by Jonathan Snowden (ECW Press)
*June 1st – ‘The King of New Orleans: How the Junkyard Dog Became Professional Wrestling’s First Black Super Hero’ by Greg Klein (ECW Press)
*June 1st - ‘Physical Chess’ by Billy Robinson and Jake Shannon (ECW Press)
*July 1st - ‘Legends of Pro Wrestling’ by Tim Hornbacker (Sports Publishing)

**Dragon Gate USA has added a show for Thursday March 29th in Miami to kick off WrestleMania weekend to go along with their Friday and Saturday shows. If you are going to Miami it’s going to be an insane weekend of events.

**WWE ‘Raw’ did a 3.25 rating on Monday night and averaged 4,620,000 viewers and down a noticeable amount from last week although still a good week compared to when they had football competition.

**The April 28th Extreme Reunion event has announced Shane Douglas, Jerry Lynn, Raven, The Gangstas, Sabu, The Sandman, Justin Credible, Al Snow, Axl Rotten, Rhino and Tracy Smothers for the event in Philadelphia at the National Guard Armoury.

**In addition to Dave Bautista joining the cast of ‘Riddick’ he has also just finished filming ‘Man With The Iron Fists’ along with Russell Crowe and directed by former Wu Tang member RZA.

**Eve Torres suffered a broken nose in the opening spot of the Diva’s eight-woman tag on Monday night after taking a clothesline from Beth Phoenix. Phoenix posted a tweet in character after the show mocking Torres getting hurt.

**R-Truth was legitimately rattled during the spot where he landed on floor with a somersault dive from the floor. The Miz was there to catch him but did not and the replay showed the back of Truth’s head smashing into the mat upon landing. Joey Styles later posted an update that R-Truth is okay and thus won’t be missing any time.

**It was also announced Monday night that Shawn Michaels will be at ‘Raw’ next week in San Diego to meet with Triple H.

**The verdict was posted on WWE.com that John Laurinaitis will not be fired after a ruling by the board of directors.

**The deal has been finalized with Chris Hero officially signing with the WWE and heading to Florida Championship Wrestling. Hero’s deal was held up with his medicals being taken care of and allowed him some down time to take some bookings with Ring of Honor including a surprise return at ‘Final Battle’ in December and working their recent return to Philadelphia.

**Mike Johnson at PWinsider.com reports that Ron Simmons will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year. I would assume it’s a lock that JBL would be the one to induct Simmons.

**The biggest story of the weekend was from the New Japan Pro Wrestling ‘New Beginning’ pay-per-view that took place earlier today featuring Kazuchika Okada defeating Hiroshi Tanahashi to win the IWGP Heavyweight Title and end Tanahashi’s 13-month reign dating back to January 4th 2011 and featuring Tanahashi setting the new record for title defences of the title. They shot the angle after the main event of this past January’s Tokyo Dome show with Okada challenging Tanahashi and it didn’t get over strong but NJPW is behind Okada as one of their next stars and is being given the rocket strapped to his back with this title win. The show also featured two other title changes with Hirooki Goto defeating Masato Tanaka for the IWGP Intercontinental Title and Davey Richards & Rocky Romero regained the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Titles from Prince Devitt and Ryusuke Taguchi, who only held the titles for five-weeks.

**The WWE ‘Raw’ crew has wrapped up their three show date in Abu Dhabi and now are flying back for the tapings Monday night in San Diego, California featuring the return of Shawn Michaels.

**Joe ‘Michael McGillicutty’ Hennig posted the following comments on Twitter regarding his father, the late Curt Hennig who died February 10th 2003:

Image
February 10th. A day I just can’t forget… My dad, my best friend… He past away 9 years ago… I miss u dad. I miss u so much! I love you.Dear Dad. Hey man. I’m doin the bst I can. I doin everything you told me to do. I’m not supposed to cry but I can’t help it. I’m tired of sitting on the sidelines. My name is Joe Hennig. **Jesse Sorensen is currently in intensive care at a Florida hospital following his freak accident at ‘Against All Odds’ Sunday night. The injury occurred when Zema Ion executed a moonsault off the top rope to a standing Sorensen on the floor and Ion’s knee connected with Sorensen and led to a spinal injury with Sorensen going down and not moving and forcing an audible to be called with Ion winning by countout. There was no one at fault during this spot just a horrible result.

**Taz. who was noticeably absent from the PPV, lost his brother-in-law over the weekend. Jeremy Borash filled in for him.

**TNA has gone through some significant creative changes over the past week with Vince Russo reportedly out of the creative picture of David Lagana expected to take his place as the lead writer of the show working under Bruce Pritchard, who has been heading up creative since this past October. Dave Meltzer stated on The LAW last night that he was under the impression that Russo quit his post rather than being removed and that he has not written this coming week’s shows that will be taped tonight and tomorrow.

**Alberto Del Rio was back working house shows over the weekend for the ‘Smackdown’ brand so he could be back on television this week. He has been out since December with a torn groin, which is said to have not fully healed.

**The Rock, The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels are all being advertised locally for the March 5th edition of ‘Raw’ from Boston, Massachusetts as well as the March 12th ‘Raw’ in Cleveland, Ohio.

**Ring of Honor has officially announced the following matches for their March 4th ‘10th Anniversary Show’ in Manhattan, New York and airing on iPPV at 5pm EST that afternoon:
*Davey Richards & Kyle O’Reilly Vs Eddie Edwards & Adam Cole
*Jay Lethal Vs Tommaso Ciampa for the Television Title
*The Briscoe Brothers Vs The Young Bucks for the Tag Titles

**A new Gracie Breakdown video profiling Dan Severn Vs Royce Gracie from UFC 4 with special guest CM Punk joining instructor Rener Gracie (who is dating Eve Torres):

**The USA Network will air the WWE Hall Of Fame induction ceremony on Monday, April 2nd, at 8 p.m., just before Monday Night Raw.

**It is being reported that Chris Hero's WWE ring name will be Kassius Ohno. Hero is currently in developmental for the WWE in Florida.

**Lita recently participated on the documentary version of a WWE Edge DVD.

**Vince Russo has left TNA as head of creative earlier this week.

**Next year's WWE Wrestlemania will be on April 7 at the NetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.

**TNA released a statement about Jesse Sorensen's injuries sustained at Sunday's pay-per-view. "Jesse Sorensen has sustained a C1 vertebrae fracture with spinal cord edema. He is slowly regaining feeling and movement in his arms and legs. He wants to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers." He has been released from the hospital and is now resting at home.

**Sean Waltman is opening a wrestling school in Tampa, Fla.

*Tonight is the WWE ‘Elimination Chamber’ event from the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Here is the lineup for tonight, which could likely see another match or two added at the last minute:
*CM Punk Vs Chris Jericho Vs The Miz Vs R-Truth Vs Dolph Ziggler Vs Kofi Kingston in an ‘Elimination Chamber Match’ for the WWE Title
*Daniel Bryan Vs Big Show Vs Great Khali Vs Cody Rhodes Vs Wade Barrett Vs Santino Marella in an ‘Elimination Chamber Match’ for the World Title
*John Cena Vs Kane in an ‘Ambulance Match’
*Beth Phoenix Vs Tamina Snuka for the Diva’s Title

**On Monday night ‘Raw’ is in Minneapolis, Minnesota with The Undertaker advertised locally to appear on the show tomorrow night. The Rock is scheduled to make his return to ‘Raw’ next Monday in Portland.

**John Laurinaitis has posted on Twitter that he will have a major announcement on the show tonight.

**Christian is teasing on Twitter that he is Milwaukee, where the show takes place tonight.

**The WWE has announced a three-hour edition of ‘Raw’ for April 23rd, which will likely be the annual draft show.

**Lance Storm will be part of the Ring of Honor ‘Showdown in the Sun’ shows coming up at the end of March during WrestleMania weekend. ROH has announced Storm will take on Mike Bennett on one of the nights and will be airing on iPPV through GFL. Storm was already planning to be in Miami that weekend for Edge’s Hall of Fame induction on March 31st.

**Kevin Nash has posted a photo of his new look where he has a brush cut.

**Taylor Rotunda (the son of Mike Rotunda and brother of Bo ‘Husky Harris’ Rotunda) was arrested on Sunday morning for drunk driving. Rotunda blew over double the legal limit within the state of Florida.

**The clean shaven CM Punk appears on Real Milwaukee to promote ‘Elimination Chamber’:

**The BBC has a big story on Kurt Angle’s attempt to make the U.S. Olympic wrestling team and features a very honest assessment from Angle about his chances considering his litany of injuries from professional wrestling and pursuing this goal at the age of 43.

**WrestleReunion has announced that Matt Hardy will be attending the event on April 1st in Miami for the weekend long convention.

**CM Punk has been nominated for ‘Most Metal Athlete’ at the Revolver Golden God Awards coming up on April 11th, which interestingly enough will be hosted by Chris Jericho.

**If you want to get an idea of what The Undertaker may look like than check out this link to the front cover of the new WWE Magazine featuring ‘Taker.

**CM Punk is working his own angle online with singer Chris Brown stating on Twitter Sunday night that he would like Brown to fight someone who can defend himself and would curb stomp him. Brown responded on Twitter telling Punk to contact his assistant and would hook him up an autograph for his biggest fan.

**Daniel Bryan Vs Sheamus for the World Title is official for WrestleMania 28 and has been posted on WWE.com. The two were scheduled for ‘Mania last year but the day of the show was moved to a dark match, that turned into a Lumberjack Match and both were obviously disappointed. I think it’s really important this does not open the show as they did with Alberto Del Rio last year.

**Shaquille O’Neal spoke to Hollywood Life and said that he will be at WrestleMania 28, which seems to put to rest any talk that the WWE and Shaq couldn’t come to terms on a deal. If that is the case than it is a bit of strange booking regarding Big Show getting pinned clean at ‘Elimination Chamber’ unless we see a short program with Show against Wade Barrett and Cody Rhodes and setting Show up to get a win in the ‘largest’ WrestleMania match of all-time.

**There is no update regarding Randy Orton other than he will get a check up next week to see how he is progressing from his most recent concussion.

**Kofi Kingston needed five staples put into his head following a spot in the Chamber match on Sunday night. Kingston and Dolph Ziggler took some very physical bumps in that match and both were likely hurting a lot after that match.

**Trish Stratus is openly campaigning to face Beth Phoenix at WrestleMania 28 so that could be the direction or Stratus working on her own.

**The Briscoe Brothers Vs Wrestling’s Greatest Tag Team for the ROH Tag Titles has been announced for the March 31st ‘Showdown in the Sun – Day 2’ iPPV in Miami, Florida.
