AL MVP: Seems like as of today A-Rod is the choice, with Magglio running a very close second. NL MVP: I honestly have no idea.
AL Cy Young: Santana? Beckett? Escobar? Sabathia? Bedard? Haren? So many good choices NL Cy Young: Peavy or Webb...right?

NL MVP: David Wright, Jose Reyes, Eric Byrnes, Prince Fielder
Reyes started strong but has faded. His offensive numbers just don't look good enough any more.

I knew I'd get heat for that, but he's probably the biggest catalyst offensively for the most surprising team, arguably in all of baseball.
the only reason they're surprising is because they suck and are somehow leading that divison. which isn't too much of a surprise considering how bad that division is, i suppose. i'm not sure how any of that relates to him being the most valuable player in the league, though.
his numbers spot him somewhere between the 50th and 75th best hitter in the league. closer to the latter number.

He's not having anywhere NEAR the collapse he had last year. And yeah your cousin is a lock for the NL ROY, too bad Pence had to go down.
i'm not trying to pick on you, but i think braun's the ROY even is pence stayed healthy and played like he was playing.

How is the division weak? Nearly every team has a losing record vs. the west. I would agree it doesn't have a clearly elite team like the Mets, but its much deeper than either the central or the east.
