We busted Michigan's ass earlier in the year, and we're going for three national football championships in a row next weekend! We're Division I-AA...and we have to go through playoffs to make the championship game. Those I-A bowl-game pussies don't know what's going on.

Can we make this the "Official Appalachian State Thread" where, next year, there will be tumbleweed rolling through it (kind of like that thread from a couple of years back where everyone posted their love of St. Joes basketball)?

Meh. It was funny at the time, but since Michigan rebounded to have a somewhat decent season it just makes the conference look bad.
As a Buckeye living in the Old North State, I still approve of this thread.

As a former Wofford player, I say congrats to App State for 3 straight titles. Way to represent the Southern Conference this year!!! The Southern conference never gets its due, even at the I-AA level.
