I realized this morning that if a Cleveland team ever won a national title it would destroy my identity as a sports fan. I'm not sure how I would handle it.

You (not you personally the fanbase as a whole) would just start talking more shit, being annoying, you know like the fans you hate currently.
See Boston Red Sox fans after the curse was reversed. Never have Saints fans been more annoying than in the past 3 years or so.
The other thing you would notice as people start wearing "Browns" or "Indians" stuff and professing their love for "Major League"..... is just how many bandwagon jumpers there really are.
It doesn't pay at all to be a hard core fan....except for that first beautiful amazing season where they go from loveable losers.... to champions.... because holding the trophy makes all the criticism and bad feelings float away, no one can say anything bad about your team.
All fanbases generally handle success and failure about the same and they all crap on other fans for not being "true fans"

That makes about 11,253 of you.

You know, I edited that not thinking that you would respond in 30 seconds. I thought it sounded stupid to say "about" while giving such a precise number. Now I've gone ahead and ruined it.

Overthinking a post can often be a death sentence for LULZ.

I knew I had to go through Boston at some point. I went through a lot signing to be here… The way it panned out with all the friends & family & fans back home, I apologize for the way it happened. This was the opportunity of lifetime
Blah, blah, blah ... yeah, whatever. STFU, can't you see that the Tribe is winning?

Congrats on the lottery NBA being about as real as the WWE.
