Does any city top that in the history of sports? What a run!
Since 2001, Boston has won SIX titles (two for the Sox, three for the Pats and one for the Celts).
I hope the Celtics do a around the state/New England tour like the Red Sox did with the '04 title. would be great for the rest of the Massachusetts/New England residents.

It's hard to define "winning it all" for a soccer team, but I can tell you how long it's been since the Chicago Fire won each of the three major trophies in US soccer. MLS Cup - 1998 MLS Supporters' Shield - 2003 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup - 2006

Wow, that makes me realize that counting college football and basketball it's been a combined 143 seasons that I have rooted for teams that have not won a title. It's seriously fucking sickening. I need the Phillies to pull it off this year.

Rangers - 1994 Yankees - 2000 Giants - Knicks - don't get me started

between the phillies and flyers this streak has to end soon. i have no idea what the eagles are gonna do and i think the sixers are still a few years away.

See, the problem is that in the 100 seasons for the pro sports there has been roughly 25 seasons where the teams had a legit shot to win it and haven't. 0-25. It's ridiculous.
