It is very possible that Moss is on his way out of Minnesota. PTI reported that there are rumors of a trade between the Vikings and Raiders: Oakland gets Moss in return for Philip Buchanon and the 7th pick in the first round of this years draft. I think the Vikings would get the most benefit from this trade because Nate Burleson has proven to be a big play receiver, the Vikings need help in the secondary, and they could definately use an early pick in the draft. This is just a rumor though.

Where do you guys think he should go or where do you think he will go?

I would like to see him be traded...but I think the Vikings should try and set up something like the "Hershel" trade that delievered three Super Bowls to the Cowboys in exchange for a risky veteran.

Someone will bite and ruin their future...someone like the Raiders who are also considering Ricky Williams. This will get rid of Moss in exchange for a heaping amount of draft picks or free agents.

But of course with how the Vikes have been doing lately front-office-wise, they probably will not.

The Raiders are such a lost cause... why don't they just make a rule so that anybody under 30 is off limits to them

Facing mostly single coverage as a 2nd reciever with the most talented reciever in the league on the other side.. in a division with maybe 2 decent corners in the whole division.

As a Broncos fan, I would love this trade. His attitude is perfect for The Dark Side, and I'm sure he'd get frustrated trying to catch passes from Kerry Collins instead of Daunte Culpepper. Plus, the Raiders won't get another high-caliber player like Gallery on their team.

Oh yeah, and Champ Bailey and John Lynch would give him a warm welcome to the AFC West.

Yes, but Moss was out a few games this season and Burleson became the number 1 receiver and he did well.

I think he's a decent reciever... just typically guys have a hard time adjusting from being a #2 to a #1.

Anyone think the Cardinals and Denny Green would pony up draft picks for Moss?

I thought that maybe he would go play for Green.

No. They have Anquan Boldin and Larry Fitzgerald. They're loaded on WRs.

Send him to Dallas. It seemed to shut Me-shawn up this season.

Parcells would bring a gun to practice and shoot him

They should trade Moss for a pack of cigarettes and some Kool-Aid. I'd say that's fair.

It would probably be a great trade for the vikings but why for the Raiders?

They have Curry coming back, they have the 7th pick, they have Porter unless they let him walk right?

There are several stud WR's in the top 10 picks this year right? Braylon Edwards, the kid formerly of USC....

I like the trade for the Vikings, and Randy Moss is an absolute perfect fit for the Black Hole. I just don't get getting another WR for a team that needs all kinds of defensive help.

I offer TJ Ducketts 4 touchdowns in the Atlanta game as evidence. The moves they made on the D line last season were attrocious.

Special thanks for Rod Coleman though.

This trade definitely seems to favor the Vikings. Randy Moss would frickin' implode if he was traded to the Raiders, the only team in the league that controls their players even less than the Vikings. He'd be able to get away with anything and everything.

But getting a first rounder and Phillip Buchanan in return would be a good move for the Vikings...which means they probably won't pull the trigger. Also, what kind of salary cap hit would the team take if they traded Moss? I thought he got something like an $18 million signing bonus with his last contract. That would all be accelerated onto this year's salary cap if he was traded anytime soon.

He'll be in Baltimore . . . no doubt about it. They still need a legitimate No. 1 receiver; they are not afraid at taking a chance on a head-case (see Owens' trade last year); and they are willing to give players/draft picks up in return.

They still need a legitimate offensive threat in the passing game period... when's the last time Baltimore saw a real QB... Johnny U?

What are you saying? That Kyle Boller isn't the real deal? The humanity!
