two horrendous teams here. carson palmer should be back in a few weeks, it looks, so i'd give the bengals a better shot despite what i would suppose is a tougher schedule.

i don't know anything about the lions' schedule, but i say they'll win one somewhere. the bengals will win next week against houstan though. and if not there, then week 17 at home against kc

My friends in Houston used to get so pissed when people would spell their city wrong. Then I reminded them they lived in Houston and we all had ourselves a little cry about it.
I saw part of the Bengals-Steelers game yesterday and they gave an amazing stat. The Bengals have started 0-6 EIGHT times in their history. Twice as many as the second team on that list.

I think I heard this was like the third time they've started 0-6 since 2000.

Kid in the bar I was watching the game had the Bears in his suicide pool. He was worried at halftime. I told him as a long-time Lions fan, he need not be concerned.

Didn't the Lions blow a lead in ridiculous fashion against the Bears in a game last September as well? I was in a bar in Chicago, and I seem to remember something like that.

0-8 and the Lions have the third hardest remaining schedule of any team....I can smell 0-16 unless they pull off a win on Thanksgiving...oh wait, The Titans are coming....
