I don't like Boston, but hats off to them.

How the hell does anybody blow a 3-0 series lead? I wonder how many times this has been done in any sport. Obviously, this is the only time in MLB history.

Congrats Red Sox. You will lose the World Series to either the Astros or Cardinals.

I guess a question that should be asked. Did this series take it out of the Sox? Was this their personal World Series?

God I love this! I'm not a Red Sox fan, but I hate the Yankees. Can you imagine how miserable Big Stein will make this offseason for everyone associated with the Yankees?

Now, sorry Sox fans, but I hope you get your ass kicked by whoever wins the NL. You and your bloated payroll are Public Enemy 1A. It was a great series, but I hope you go down as hard as you took it to NY.

Here's the post I logged on special just to make:

Quote:
Amazing. Hats off to the Red Sox. Now go make sure you win it all.

As for the standing O, it would have happened if you hadn't locked up the game in the 4th inning. By the time it ended, the Yankee fans were half gone, and the rest too shellshocked to remember their manners.

But then I read the "AL CHAMPION BOSTON RED SOX" thread, and I'm not sure I should be so gracious. Is it possible for you people to be victorious and not include the word "fuck" and either "Yankees" or the name of a specific Yankee in the same post? It's really pathetic.

Oh well, time for George to go shopping.
