he's the man for sure... but it helps when everyone is talking about sean may, raymond felton, and rashad mccants... though he's definitely too far under the radar for his abilities... 2nd leading scorer on the team at over 16 points per game

Image

but this kid might be damn near the best player on the team by season's end... but if not, he'll definitely be their best next year (only mccants returning would negate that)

If teams didn't key on him because he was under the radar then that's their fault... everybody knew he was the most talented freshman in the country... nobody thought he'd be more talented then most seniors in the country too though..

If UNC doesn't win the NCAA tourney I will cry tears of blood

I actually like the Celtics in spite of my hatred of the Patriots.

I concur, go Celts!

Why does everyone put so much emphasis on individual awards for team sports? I guess ESPN has more influence than even I thought.

And, UNC will not win the NCAA tournament this year. I don't even think they will win the ACC tournament.

and that's just why mccants deserves the award... he is taking over 3 shots less a game this year, averaging over 14 points in the SECOND HALF of acc contests this year, and is doing his part on D... unfortunately, taking fewer shots while allowing the offense to play as a team in the first half of contests will be what costs him the award, cause yes, everyone is in love with inflated stats, i agree

any reason for this?... other than the obvious fact that 64 teams have a better chance of winning a tournament in a field of 65 than just 1?

about the acc tourney... we'll see... but they will be the favorite going in (at this point)... and i'd love to see them play wake again... the outcome will not be the same
