91 yesterday walking 18 holes in 100 degree weather. I will take that anyday. My playing partner had four birdies and two 9's. Model of a consistency he is.

Before shit hit the fan for me last week I snuck out in the afternoon and shot 73 at the local muni. Bogey at the last to make me +1 on the day. And it's an easy hole.

I wish. I am a horrid golfer.

I have concluded that I will never be great at golf. I've been in a slump as of late and can't get any power or even hit the ball square. Worked on a bunch of things at the range but to no avail. I have a tee time tomorrow though. I'll most likely play great.

4 birdies today and still shot 5 over..cant believe how many wedges from 60-80 yards that I flubbed.

The closer I get to the hole, the worse I am. But damn do I drive the golf ball nicely.

87 yesterday. Not too shabby considering the heat index was 115. I still didn't have any realistic birdie opportunities though.

I never hit a driver, only 3 wood..but today it was about 260-270

You must be as bad a putter as I am if you hit your 3 wood that long and straight

Now you're just being a son of a bitch. My fiancee and I are playing in a 2 person scramble with my mom and my dad tomorrow. My dad's handicap is a 2. My fiancee has never played a competitive round in her life. We are going to get destroyed.

I drive it great, hit long irons well, am terrible with short irons and wedges, chip well, putt poorly. Somehow adds up to a ~2 HCP. They say driving is overrated, but they are clearly wrong.

Last time I was out I shot 89. Sank 3 long putts and a chip in.

Going out again this Saturday to the same course, let's see if i can better that... probably not gonna happen.

I played for only the third time this year last Saturday ... playing that rarely is not good for the ol' game. Hit it as bad as I ever have. Only hit one fairway and one green in regulation on the back, only two pars on the back. Shameful.
