That was a nice shoot.

Not a good day for #1 seeds, Michigan loses and Denver down 4-1 in the third.

You need to have silverlight installed, and sit through the ad at the beginning.

Can't believe the Wolverines got taken down in the first round in a shut-out. Makes me smile.

How fantastic is it that ESPN is all over the regional coverage, even if it is their "lesser" channels? Great news for college hockey.

It's awesome. Tomorrow's doubleheader on ESPN2 should be good.

The higher seed has not fared well today, 0-3.

UM-D ties it up at 4 with .8 seconds left in the 3rd.

They scored two goals in the last minute with their net empty.

How badly does that goalie wish he'd just held onto the puck?

Getting rid of the puck was the right play. The bad play was dumping it halfway between the corner and behind his net. If he had put it in the corner, the game would have been over.

just got back from the umd(my alma mater) and princeton game. that was a miracle and probably the coolest hockey moment i've ever witnessed in person.

I agree, but sometimes I think just taking the face-off is better than the risk of dumping it. I've seen too many college goalies make the same mistake.

John Buccigross is an awful play by play man. He's always like two seconds behind the play. And I don't think I've ever heard a play by play guy say, "Wow! He just took that off the grill."

That was a hell of a game.

I can also thank college hockey for me witnessing the longest lacrosse game in NCAA history.
