if so, they have two world series championships.

if not, the white sox started off fast last yr and won the series.

I've been a Mets fan since they got John Olerud. They just may be my favourite team in the NL for that very reason.

God you Met fans are a little out of control this year. Have they looked good? Absolutely. Have they played the Nationals & Marlins a combined 8 times? Yes. Oviously feel good about how well they have played but you might want wait just a bit before printing WS tickets.

I don't think they will tank but they aren't going 161-1 either

Thank God we have asshole Yankee fans to point that out for us. Why not just shut the fuck up and let Met fans enjoy the teams fast start?

you have a point - but you could have been a little bit nicer about getting it across! PJHutch...you should start an official Yankee thread. I'm sure all the Mets fans will stear clear of it every time A-Rod strikes out with a runner on base.....

When they start playin good teams we will see what happens. They have played the Marlins and the Nationals so far, both those teams blow.

OK fine, New York knows a thing or two about championships, but ooo, that's right, a little team called the New York Yankees is right across the river. Sorry guys, your mets suck.

Why be a dick? No one said the Mets are going 161-1, we're just enjoying the nice start.
