I'm having a Duke-UNC conversation right now:

the parch: and the idea that unc as a team is selfish is a ridiculous claim
BballSarah429: i cant give u specific examples and while i think unc is great team i feel as tho they could self destruct due to the fact i dont know if i like their leaders...they ar good but not exceptional
BballSarah429: i see duke as team w/ more heart and hussle and that is what counts in my book
the parch: don't like their leaders??? rashaad mccants is going to win the wooden award
the parch: and raymond felton leads the league in assists
BballSarah429: are u kidding i dont think i saw him listed in some all-american lists for the midseason reports

The ignorance!

Right now I feel like Illinois, Duke, UNC and BC are the best in the nation. BC, my team, scares me though because I don't if they've got the kind of guard play that it takes to go deep into the tournament. And, we all know that the teams that look like they should be there in February are not always the ones that are there when late March rolls around.

For the record, I don't see my Eagles going undefeated. They've got eight games left and I can easily see them losing at least two, if not three down the stretch. Still, if they were to go 26-2 or 25-3, that's a pretty damn good season if you ask me.

BC is definitely a tough team to figure out... they had an impressive win at connecticut earlier in the season, but i dont know how impressive that win is looking anymore... the big east is loaded with good, but not great, teams... BC will have to play syracuse at least once, when does that go down? and where is it?... that will be their best opportunity to be considered for a number 1 seed come tourney time... that or making a run to the bigeast title game with a nearly flawless bigeast record

dont get me wrong, BC is definitely not being given enough credit for its perfect season... and i want to see them do well as they will be coming down here to acc land soon... best of luck BC, though im not yet convinced this is a final four team
