"I love the kid, but he's got to grow up and understand he represents our entire organization," Ryan said. "We want what's best for him."

Rex Ryan yells at his rookie QB for trying to make a play. He dove head first and got the 1st down on a 3rd and 6 play rather than sliding feet first and not getting the 1st down and all Ryan can do is bitch and call Joe Girardi to "teach" Samscwanch how to slide feet first. I think Rex Ryan needs to shut up and let his QB play the way he wants to. He goes on later and calls him a "knucklehead" to the New York media and really puts "the kid" down for making a play for his team.

I saw this word and immediately thought of the Canadian mockumentary, The Trailer Park Boys.
