It looked to me like the Chinese players were fighting more than the Georgetown players.

I've played quite a bit with Chinese players, and I've got to say, a lot of them are pretty dirty. That being said, the Georgetown player definitely threw the first punch

in the video? i think the fact he got bodyblocked first required the punch plus from all reports the chinese players were legit flagrant fouling the whole game
