Decent level of punishment. USC got a bigger hammer mostly because they were insolent.

This should be about the same Miami gets.
If all of the Yahoo allegations about the U are true, they should get hit with a sledgehammer.

Gene Smith should be gone this summer.

Would have been nice if the NCAA wouldn't have taken so damn long so the bowl ban could be used on this miserable season with the guys who were suspended still on the team. Now next year's team which had a shot at the division title won't get it.

So Barkley is staying, but Kalil is going. I thought those two were going to do the same thing, but oh well. Had Kalil stayed, USC might have been the consensus #1 next year, but I guess now there can be some modicum of debate.

I can't wait for Vontaze Burfict to flame out quickly in the NFL. He's nothing more than a national media creation who hasn't actually seen him play the last two seasons. Dude has no self control and not to mention looks completely stiff at his postion. Good riddance...

I was saying the same thing to BSU fans while watching that game. I'll also say that Doug Martin should have a very nice NFL career.

Im sure it will be forthcoming. It's definitely preferable to more conference shifting.

And hopefully less games against MAC schools.

If anyone needs something to watch on TV, this UW/Baylor game is awesome.

Hopefully you all Tivo'd that game to watch during all the punting that will be going on during LSU-Bama redux.

Hey Bama only punted twice in the first game. Same as both Baylor and Washington last night  .

Does anyone else feel that A&M is full of themselves for repeatedly airing this ad? Apparently Mizzou has no need to do the same.

A fucking colossal joke of a football program and fanbase that will only continue to embarrass themselves in the SEC.
