BTW, is there room in that league? I didn't play last year so wasn't sure.
We could add teams I guess, or see if any of the returning 8 hasn't renewed, I could go up to 10 but not anymore (whatever the others feel is okay is okay with me)

Rick, I got your email about the league but I think I'm going to pass this year--so if someone wants my spot, it's up for grabs. I just don't have the stamina to run two different teams and I'm already locked in to a keeper money league, which means my RM team always gets forgotten, like, Oh, yeah, I should check that, whoops, eight of my players should be on IR and one of them retired. Or something like that. So I figure instead of being a drag, I will gracefully bow out and let someone else have their fun.

You're just saying that because my team was an easy win every week.
Also, to be totally honest, if you guys used ESPN I might not be dropping out, but I never, ever go to Yahoo. For any reason. Which only makes things worse.

Leafs have locked up Luke Schenn for 5 years at a cap hit of $3.6 million. The cap hit is a bit more than I expected (I thought it would be just under or right at $3 million) but it makes sense since they bought out his first year as a UFA, which I wasn't expecting.

i have absolutely no idea what to expect from the flyers. they could do anything from win the division to miss the playoffs and it wouldnt surprise me. i find it hard to think that moving the 2 centerpieces from your team is gonna make you better, and they also made some signings i dont like.
max talbot-hard worker who can fight. if he takes a spot on the 4th line away fom shelley, rinaldo or sestito i'm gonna hate him.
andreas lilja-they could have signed sean odonnell for less money and he's a better hitter and fighter than lilja.
jagr-i hate him, hopefully he changes my mind.
the only thing i like is the pick they got for carter (sean cotourier) and simmonds and schenn for richards. bascially if schenn and simmonds live up to a potential its a fine trade, but there's still question marks.
