The Rams strike me as a team that even if their draft doesn't pan out, they tried. They went after players who will have a big impact on the team and went heavy after their needs. The Browns draft on the other hand I find confusing. They still have the worst WRs in the league and waited until the 4th round to get one? How can you evaluate either QB if he has no one to throw to?

Was looking at the results again and I agree with Kiper that the best drafts were Vikings, Bengals, Bucs and Eagles (goddammit.) But as always we're probably all wrong about anything we say right now.

exactly, some teams won this weekend and some lost this weekend, but its all on paper, big names can bust also, so in 3 years is when the true draft grades can be handed out, but damn, i hope the bucs top 3 still look as good in three years as they do right now LOL

Cordy Glenn is the winner in that department. He would be a classic Andy Reid pick.

Meanwhile, there's a curveball. Did not expect Gilmore to go to the Bills.

Also, what's with the crowd yelling "WHAT?" every time Goodell pauses while announcing the pick?

"What?" is a pro wrestling thing. Probably related to anti-Goodell sentiment.

The people at the draft are absolute morons year in and year out.

They should be kissing Goodell's ring. The guy has been tremendous for the NFL.

Tavon Wilson, the surprise 2nd rounder for the Pats, lost his mother when she drowned at a pool party when he was 12. This was already after his father was murdered when he was one. He was raised by his grandmother and his great-great-grandmother is 112 years old and is the oldest citizen of Washington, D.C.

i have no idea what this means for his ability to read a play-action, i just thought i'd share.
