We'll get this thread started with rumors that Chip Kelly is going to coach the Bucs:

http://www.tampabay.com/blogs/bucs/cont ... head-coach

If this happens, I'm definitely picking USC to win the Pac-12.

his heart is in Oregon apparently. im kinda bummed about it just because it was a little exciting that the Bucs were seeming to think outside of the box on this one and definitely would have brought completely different feel to the team, though i was thinking he would go the way of most college coached trying out the nfl and not doing well at all.

now my hope is that they maybe have one more up their sleeve that hasnt been talked about yet, or that they hire Marty Schottenhimer or Mike Zimmer. we will see though, hopefully its not another 3 weeks before they do hire someone.

Mike Zimmer is a great DC. I've liked him since his time in Atlanta. If Marty still has it in him, apparently he does, the team has the personnel to do what he loves to do. I think he could turn it around quickly.

Marty has been my top choice since i heard he interviewed, but his main downfall is that he wont be able to do it for more then a few years IMO, so i would love him to come in, change the culture of the team and then have someone actually want the job when he is ready to retire. though if i had it my way completely, they would find a way to get Marty as HC and get Zimmer to come in to be the DC/Assistant HC to take over for Marty after a few years, but i doubt there is any chance Cincy would let him go for that, and dont really know if Zimmer would want it.

i just REALLY REALLY REALLY DONT WANT SHERMAN....LOL but i think that could be where we are heading

Ugh. Turning around a college program is one thing. But an NFL team?

Belichick should get Schiano to trade his 1st rounder for Mccourty and then never call him again.

A graphic designer took a cool take on NFL logos. I don't know if I'd endorse these for the real thing, but it was still cool to see his work.

Neat. They look like logos you'd see associated with throwback uniforms.

and a picture of the new gloves

Most of those designs are hideous. This is the NFL, not college. Ultimately, it's up to each team to decide if they want to change their logos and uniforms. Nike only has so much power.

The NFL owns all the logos and rights for the various jersey designs of all NFL teams. Without the NFL's official say so this can't happen and they have said as much to date.

Does Ndamukong Suh watch tape of himself?

Does he not understand that he is a dirty player because he stomped on another humans neck?

His explanation is...well I didn't mean to.

He IS a dirty player, doesn't mean he's a bad human, but he needs to start owning this baggage or he's going to start coming off as insane.

I sure hope the Bucs don't waste the number 5 pick on Richardson.

same here, im perfectly ok with him being great and the bucs not having him, i just dont think it is enough of a position of need, now if they do some good work in FA and bring in a CB or 2 and maybe a Linebacker and a WR, then by all means draft Richardson, but Claiborne or Blackmon would be my hope with the usual bucs FA activity and i wouldnt be upset with OL help in the first.
