Vick got nailed...again last night. This guy is going to miss time this year..you just know, at some point. And that's got to be a terrible feeling if you are Philly fan.

I did miss most of the second half, but heard some good things, yes. I know Gruden is a big time fan. He loves that guy.

he looked awesome. good pocket awareness and has a huge arm. granted, it was against #2s, but he still looked really good.

So yeah, I figure Kafka/Foles will throw for 300 yards a couple of times this year, get traded for a 1st and a 3rd or so and then suck complete balls for whomever trades for him. That's the pattern right?

As far as I know Asante is starting, the question is whether he will be on the left or right. I'm pretty sure they want Dunta Robinson playing the nickle and they might be in Nickle 90% of the time.

Asante wants to be on the left but even though he's shorter, Brent Grimes may be the better corner. What's probably going to happen is that Nolan will move all 3 of them around depending on the situation.

I'm looking forward to the Pats-Bucs preseason game on Friday. Man, I need the regular season to start soon.

It's kind of like the NFL is serving a bunch of alcoholics rot gut bathtub gin when we're looking for the good stuff.

You don't think losing Sean Peyton is going to affect the offense?

We'll find out in the regular season--I really hope that his absence affects the offense in Week 8.

Meanwhile, I really wish that the Broncos had drafted Colin McCarthy. I bet Cartman is glad that he's on the Titans.

I think they've definitely got a chance. I'm still waiting for the Steelers to implode due to old age and poor drafting, but it still hasn't happened yet. The Ravens lost Suggs, of course, but they'll still be tough otherwise.

Poor Browns, they're likely to get smoked again by their rivals. I bet they wish they were in a western division right now.

I'm just so bullish on Andy Dalton and they have weapons in AJ Green and Gresham etc. The RB situation is pretty solid even without Benson. They have an attacking defense with talent on the line and Zimmer is an excellent coordinator.

I'm not sure what to make of the Steelers and Ravens yet. I think it's going to be pretty close at the end. The Browns ouch, but I think it might be interesting this year anyway. They do have some talent..

I think that division is just too good with the Ravens and Steelers.
