At what point is OK to switch allegiances from your childhood favorite team to the team of the city you are currently living in? Grew up a Cowboys fan, but grow tired of all of JJ's douchebaggery. I have recently embraced ASU, now I'm thinking about the Cards. Been in AZ 12 years now. Can I make the switch?
This is a done deal.
58-0.
I know. I feel good about switching to a shit team. Does this make me a back-runner?

It was either The Cards or Cincy because of their Ky connections. I went with AZ.

The Cards only really have 2 HUGE problems though.
One, absolutely, utterly, horrific Quarterback play and perhaps the worst offensive line in the league.
If they ever get those sorted out, they are a playoff caliber team.
Not really sure what Seattle was trying to prove the other night putting up 58. That was classless.
I didn't watch the game, but it seems like all their forced turnovers would put them into a position where scoring would be very easy. At that point even a conservative approach would still probably score 30+ points. It's not like anyone had gaudy numbers behind those TD's. They had less than 150 yards passing.

Classless? They pulled all of the starters after the first drive of the 3rd quarter. Arizona kept giving them the ball and a short field so they didn't even have to really try to score. They didn't run any trick plays on offense, or fake field goals or punts.
The announcers mentioned this too. After our 2nd String QB (who was playing in his first game of the season) was throwing to our 3rd string TE.

My updated Power Rankings...this is based part on regular season performance and my projection for playoff success:
NFC 1. 49ers/Atlanta (I love that Niners defense and I don't trust ATL till they win in the playoffs) 3. Green Bay (They have perhaps the best QB in the game)
AFC 1. Texans (Best team in the NFL) 2. Patriots (Amazingly, they have the No. 2 seed for now in a crazy tiebreaker) 3. Broncos (Charging up a mountain at full speed - very dangerous - love Manning)
I think it's amusing that you have the 49ers, Falcons, and Packers ahead of the Giants when the Giants own all three.

Atlanta just lost to the Panthers. The Niners will essentially be starting a rookie quarterback in the playoffs.

i think the atlanta loss to the panthers will only make them play better this week. also, the niners rookie is better than alex smith.

The Giants lost 31-13 to the Bengals and everyones favorite Patriots lost to HORRIBLE Arizona. What's your point?
