Well, I think probably yes. But regardless, even if there are other people wanting different music (there are, obvs) it's arguable that musical 'cliques' are disappearing in favour of TV-influenced ubercliques, of which there are far fewer. This is what my book Sociological Insights into Early 21st Century Living will postulate.

One could also argue that we are just getting old and tend to lump all things pop culture into the "it ain't your daddys music" category.

I mean there have to be more options out there now than there were when we were kids. Though it may not seem it in our eyes

The melodies and lyrics suck, but I like the stripped down sound of it thus far. The slick guitar against the bass sounds all right. The songs themselves sound like weak recycled b-sides. Maybe these songs are ideas that were lost before AI.
