Don't know if it's been mentioned yet, and I didn't see it in the first post, but Missy Higgins' The Sound of White is finally being released in America on June 7th. I know there are a couple of fans on this board so I thought I'd spread the word.

I just saw that today on their website. I've read some reviews and people seem to really like it. I will definitely have to pick it up.

The release date for Echo & The Bunnymen's new album 'Siberia' has been put back to September 5th, this is due to producer Hugh Jones not wanting to rush what he calls his masterpiece, he says 'its the best work I have ever done'.

The official release of 'Siberia' will be marked with an exclusive gig in Liverpool at the city's 'Tate Modern Gallery'.

There will be only 100 tickets for sale to the public (more details soon) & bunnymen.com will be running a competition to win tickets.

Once the gig at the 'Tate Modern' has finished Will sergeant will be spinning the wheels at the 'Pan America' club at Albert Dock until the early hours.

The cover art for 'Siberia' is to be shot in Berlin next week by the amazing photographer Joe Dilworth.
Joe has worked with the likes of Nick Cave, My Bloody Valentine, Franz Ferdinand & Goldfrapp to name just a few.
The band really liked his Berlin photo project.

Not sure how many of you are interested, but I think that Fountains of Wayne are releasing a b-sides and rarities double album on June 28th.

Sounds promising. I recently got "Crocodiles" and I'm in love with it.
