Has anyone noticed that they're releasing a DVD documentary on these guys called A Skin, A Night that will include a bonus disc of outtakes, etc?

I got a guestlist to these the other night in Dublin. The third of the three sold out nights. I'd never heard them before. I fail to see what the fuss is about.

that's cool, more space for us :)

i still find it weird that people go to shows of bands they've never heard of before, even if it's free.
i see 120+ shows a year, but would never attend a show where i've never heard a lick of any one of the bands music at least.

i see bands all the time on spur of the moment, if im not doing anything.

one of the most rewarding was comets on fire (after stuzzos recomendation) it was an incredible gig as well

fair enough... i guess it's just that i see enough shows as it is, that driving downtown, paying for parking, etc. for a band i've never heard any of their music prior to that night seems a bit strange.

now if it was a local band, different story i suppose
