BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN NOMINATED FOR GRAMMY AWARDS
Bruce Springsteen was nominated for two Grammy awards: Best Traditional Folk Album, for "We Shall Overcome: The Seeger Sessions;" and Best Long Form Music Video, for "Wings For Wheels: The Making Of Born To Run" (Thom Zimny, video director and video producer). The 49th Grammy Awards will be presented on February 11, 2007.
How much have you listened to TGOTJ? You might need to just listen to it at the right time. In a way that is what happened with me.
I'll give you what you said about LT and HT, but I think they are unfairly criticized by many Bruce fans.
I'll take Nebraska over every other album except for Born To Run. BtR is Thee album that got me into Bruce, and Nebraska sealed the deal. All the others get fairly regular play, but those two are almost in rotation 2:1 against all others (which is how I gauge music that I listen to, if I listen more must liek it more; works for me) However, I have been listening to Devils and Dust quite a bit more, and lots of live Seeger Sessions stuff, especially the european leg.

Nebraska and DOTEOT are always competing for my fave album spot. Those albums are amazing.
Lately I've been listening to a lot of live Seeger Session material. It is so good, and I'm very sad that I missed this tour because of money.

I should have stayed in Saratoga when he played last year. I saw two days of DMB, could have seen a night on NIN and a night of Bruce, I will never miss a line-up like that in a town like that. Hopefully this season has a nice DMB surrounding week/end.

I hate when something like that happens. I know I'll never miss a Bruce concert near me again unless I seriously am broke or something horrible happens.
