Yeah, i got dragged to an all day show last fall with linkin park headlining and bands like hawthorne heights supporting them. Chris Cornell went on before Linkin Park, and since the show was free for me I justified it by seeing him and buying beer. He played Soundgarden greatest hits, a few Audioslave greatest hits and debuted his new stuff. Really it wasn't a good show at all, but I'm not super crazy about soundgarden anyway.
I guess it doesn't surprise me that he's on these kind of bills.

Cornell's show is a lot more rock than the album. And he'll probably play a bunch of Soundgarden stuff.
Yeah, based on his setlists in the past its usually a 'best of' with Soundgarden, Audioslave, and his solo material mixed in. I'd bet that he's not going to play much if anything off of Scream. I'd be surprised if he did.
But he's growing his hair out again. Before you know it it'll be long enough for a Soundgarden reunion. What have Ben & Kim been up to lately? I'm sure they'd be down.

the sad thing is that they will make bajillions of dollars off this festival. its like the equivalent of you doing 10 minutes of work in your cubicle a day and getting paid $500 hour
