I completely disagree with you about the music but I will tell you that most of the lyrics and song titles were written whilst perusing medical textbooks.

yup - i knew about the fact that it wasn't just gore for gore type of lyrics and i heard that album only once about ten years ago. and i listened to Necroticism last week and i thought the sound of it and the song structures were far more accomplished than on this album. i'm nowhere near death metal expert though.
