You've been bringing back a lot of these old threads. I don't know why but you have this urge to only post in threads from two years ago.

Three of a Perfect Pair, imho.

'Sleepless' is AMAZING!

I have Crimson King, Larks' Tongues, and Starless and Bible Black, anything else I should have?

Well, besides their best album, you have everything you need :P

anyways, get Red and then discipline.

The other 70's and 80's album are great as well though not as good as those already mentionned. The 90's and beyond are rather hit and miss.

The Power To Believe is a really great album. Great heavyness, great mellowness, great production. It really does remind me a lot of Tool stuff actually. Almost like they ended up having an influence on Crimson.

You shouldn't have said this.

I've been listening to concerts of the Adrian Belew Power Trio. Amazing stuff. My friend just saw Fripp on his solo tour a few weeks ago and his Chapman Stick finally arrived in the mail. Dude's obsessed.

King Crimson is better than everyone's favorite band.

they're too inconsistent, too many subpar albums. at their best they're definitely a force to be reckoned with though.

Listened to King Crimson last night, awesome band. Gotta love the use of "In the Court of the Crimson King" in Children of Men.
