omg , i love the fucking cure , but i was a little hesitant about buying their new album, becuase their first single i thought was pretty bad, well anyway, the other day i finally bought the album , and jesus this album is so fucking gooooood. these songs are so emotional and angry and distorted, all the songs i love, well most of them on the album are anyway, jeez that first song on the album "Lost" is soo good

I didn't check out their last album. I didn't like the single though but I should listen to it full length before making up my mind. I was kind of reticent because of the single...
I am just so glad they are still around and kicking. they were one of my fav band in the eighties and I particularly love desintegration.

i really do love end of the world but it is one of the weaker songs on the album, probably only besting (i don't know what's going) on. the variety of the songs is one of the best aspects of the album imo

I'm kicking myself for not getting this when it was 9.99 at Best Buy. That was when I only barely knew The End of the World and really got to like it. Alt.End is friggin' fantastic. I gotta pick it up and soon.

Barring how good the new u2 is i think this album is going to end up being my second favorite of the year, just below bubblegum and just above uh huh her. this morning has become my favorite cure song (right up there with same deep water as you) and is such an unbelievable end to the album its a shame that its not on every version of it.

Robert joined Placebo on stage in London tonight:
"Thought you might like to know: I just got a phone call from my friend during Placebo's concert in Wembley Arena, London....with Robert
singing on stage during "Without You I'm Nothing". "
Update: "He just did Boys Don't Cry too!!!"
(Thanks niCCi)

Wow. Robert on Placebo's finest moment. Should've been there.
