So there is this band from our current indie wave called Móveis Coloniais de Acaju (something like Colonial Furniture of Acaju). I always found their name kinda stupid, so I would avoid them, but yesterday I went to a rock festival with my gf, and they were by far the best band there, rockin the hell out of the place.

A lot of brass instruments, but they are not ska fortunetaly.

So if you any guys want to check them....

They sound like ska to me, especially the first video.

It resembles ska, but not totally, the way the singer sings is far from being skaish.

And I also hear some influence of brazilian folk carnival music, but guess thats not exactly what most people here are used to perceive.
