What are your thoughts on the album??

I really liked....but I haven't given enough listens to form a definite opinion yet...

Favorite songs so far:

- Vertigo ( an old favorite now )
- Miracle Drug
- City of Blinding Lights
- All Because of You

I can already say that it's better than "All That You Can't Leave Behind" tho...

why wait? i used to do that, then i realized there was no point. it doesn't effect listening to the actual cd on release date so might as well listen. we've waited long enough for this album (4 years) so let's hear it

because Bono and the boys will be broke if you don't buy their album....Whoever said that not buying the albums hurts the band is full of shit...we all know that they make waaaaayyy more money gouging (Sp?) you with their ticket prices... :twisted:

I bought it yesterday, the special version w/ the book & dvd... which means i don't have the 'real' cd case :x
I need to listen to it a lot more before I can form an opinion.

i was thinking of that buying that version until i realised if i bought the "normal" version i could buy another album and still spend less money. for me its at about the same standard as AYCLB.

Listening to it for the first time @ http://www.u2.com

Tracks 2 and 3 and 20 times better than Vertigo. Good.
