Have they ever done a Nirvana song in concert? I'm guessing they haven't but i was just curious.

If they ever wanted to I think it would be easier than ever now. Courtney is in need of $ and Ive read before shes releasing more things and willing to release more if necessary to buy drugs and lawyers.

Even if they did something like Tourette's i think that would be cool. I know Grohl wants to do his own thing but i think it's been long enough for him to pay tribute to the band he was in. Fuck it, bring out Krist and play a couple of songs. The crowd would go beserk

The only time Dave, Krist, and Pat have all been together on stage was the Bumbershoot festival in either 96 or 97 (can't remember which), but they played non-Nirvana covers.

I think Krist may have played with the Foos once in the first couple of years as well, but that was it.

I read an interview somewhere that dave refuses to cover nirvana out of respect.

That makes sense...nothing is more disrespectful than playing songs, many of which you co-wrote, from a band you used to be in.
